IP Security Analyst

Micron Technology is seeking an experienced IP Security Analyst to join our team. You will be an integral part of our Information Security team responsible for protecting Micron’s intellectual property. The successful candidate must possess a thorough knowledge of IP Security principles and practices. This role requires a combination of strong technical, analytical, and communication skills. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously. If you are a self-starter with a results-oriented attitude and a passion for information security, we want to hear from you.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in an IP Security role. In addition, the successful candidate must have a strong understanding of networking, security technologies, and security best practices. Experience with scripting and automation tools, such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash is also a plus.

Responsibilities:

1. Monitor IP security protocols and systems for potential security risks and threats.
2. Implement and maintain security policies, procedures, and best practices to protect Micron’s intellectual property.
3. Develop and maintain IP security-related documentation.
4. Provide technical guidance and support to other Information Security team members.
5. Investigate and analyze security incidents and provide suggested solutions.
6. Work with other departments to ensure compliance with IP security standards.
7. Monitor and assess new and emerging IP security technologies and threat vectors.
8. Develop and implement automation tools to improve the security posture of the organization.
9. Prepare and present reports related to IP security issues.
10. Stay up to date on the latest security threats and trends.
