
Metrology Shift Process Engineer
At Micron Technology, we are looking for a top-notch Metrology Shift Process Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will possess a proven track record in leading process, metrology, and yield improvement initiatives. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is driven to create process solutions and drive results.The Metrology Shift Process Engineer will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of process control strategies to ensure accurate and repeatable results. This position requires a high level of technical knowledge and leadership abilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem solving, communication, and organizational skills.Qualifications for this position include a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or related field. Additionally, the candidate should have experience in SPC, DOE, and process control techniques, as well as strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. The successful candidate will also possess excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement process control strategies to ensure accurate and repeatable results.
- Utilize SPC, DOE, and process control techniques for process optimization.
- Analyze and troubleshoot process issues to identify root causes and solutions.
- Lead process, metrology, and yield improvement initiatives.
- Implement process improvements to reduce costs and ensure product quality.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of process results and process control strategies.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of process improvements.
- Collaborate with peers to ensure process integrity and consistent results.
- Provide technical guidance and support to improve process capabilities.
- Keep abreast of latest technology trends in metrology and process control.
