- Develop and optimize Chemical Mechanical Planarization (CMP) processes to meet company and industry standards.
- Utilize advanced engineering principles and techniques to drive continuous improvement and innovation in CMP processes.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of CMP processes into overall semiconductor system.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in CMP technology.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, process documentation, and training materials.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to all safety and regulatory guidelines.
- Communicate regularly with management and other teams to provide updates and recommendations on CMP processes.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for CMP processes, providing support and guidance to other departments within the company.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or disruptions in CMP processes.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks to meet deadlines and achieve company goals.
- Participate in conferences, seminars, and trainings to continuously improve knowledge and skills in CMP technology.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Represent Micron Technology as a leader in the industry and uphold company values and standards.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In The Semiconductor Industry, Specifically In Chemical Mechanical Planarization (Cmp) Processes.
Demonstrated Leadership Experience, With A Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing A Team.
Extensive Knowledge Of Cmp Equipment, Processes, And Materials, Including Polishing, Cleaning, And Metrology Techniques.
Strong Problem-Solving Skills And The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Complex Technical Issues Related To Cmp Processes.
