  1. Develop and optimize Chemical Mechanical Planarization (CMP) processes to meet company and industry standards.
  2. Utilize advanced engineering principles and techniques to drive continuous improvement and innovation in CMP processes.
  3. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of CMP processes into overall semiconductor system.
  5. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in CMP technology.
  7. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, process documentation, and training materials.
  8. Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to all safety and regulatory guidelines.
  9. Communicate regularly with management and other teams to provide updates and recommendations on CMP processes.
  10. Serve as a subject matter expert for CMP processes, providing support and guidance to other departments within the company.
  11. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or disruptions in CMP processes.
  12. Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks to meet deadlines and achieve company goals.
  13. Participate in conferences, seminars, and trainings to continuously improve knowledge and skills in CMP technology.
  14. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  15. Represent Micron Technology as a leader in the industry and uphold company values and standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In The Semiconductor Industry, Specifically In Chemical Mechanical Planarization (Cmp) Processes.

  • Demonstrated Leadership Experience, With A Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing A Team.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Cmp Equipment, Processes, And Materials, Including Polishing, Cleaning, And Metrology Techniques.

  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills And The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Complex Technical Issues Related To Cmp Processes.
