We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Realtime Defect Analysis RDA Quality Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our quality systems and processes, as well as leading the RDA team in identifying and resolving defects in real-time to ensure the highest level of product quality for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management and a passion for driving continuous improvement.   1. Develop and maintain quality systems and processes to ensure the highest level of product quality for our customers.
  2. Lead the RDA team in identifying and resolving defects in real-time to minimize product defects and improve overall quality.
  3. Conduct regular quality audits and implement corrective actions as needed to improve processes and prevent future defects.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the organization.
  5. Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop action plans to address any issues.
  6. Train and develop team members on quality standards, processes, and procedures to ensure a consistent understanding and implementation across the organization.
  7. Communicate with suppliers and customers to resolve quality issues and maintain strong relationships.
  8. Stay updated on industry standards and regulations related to quality management, and ensure compliance within the organization.
  9. Drive a culture of quality excellence and continuous improvement within the RDA team and the wider organization.
  10. Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track progress and communicate with stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Quality Management And Defect Analysis In A Semiconductor Manufacturing Environment.

  • Proven Expertise In Implementing And Managing Realtime Defect Analysis (Rda) Systems.

  • Strong Understanding Of Statistical Process Control And Data Analysis Tools.

  • Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
