1. Develop and implement comprehensive test plans for advanced semiconductor products.
2. Utilize industry standard test equipment and software to perform complex ASIC testing.
3. Troubleshoot and identify issues during the testing process and provide solutions to ensure product quality and reliability.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, product engineering, and manufacturing to ensure timely and accurate test development and execution.
5. Conduct thorough analysis of test data and provide detailed reports to management and other stakeholders.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in ASIC testing techniques and technologies.
7. Mentor and train junior engineers on testing methodologies and procedures.
8. Participate in design reviews and provide valuable input for testability and manufacturability of products.
9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of test equipment and components.
10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety regulations, to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
