Strong Technical Knowledge: A Deep Understanding Of Semiconductor Fabrication Processes And Equipment Is Essential For This Role. The Senior Manager Should Have A Strong Background In Engineering Or A Related Field, With A Solid Understanding Of Defect Analysis Techniques And Tools.
Leadership And Team Management Skills: As A Senior Manager, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Defect Analysis Engineers And Technicians.
