
Programmer Analyst
As a member of this team, you will be influencing the growth and success of Oracle Database products and services by supporting the executive leadership team. Seeking self-starters, someone that enjoys tallying up the numbers one minute and communicating findings to a team leader the next. Partner with Database Product Managers across Cloud, License, and Hardware to provide necessary insight β platform data and commercial data. Partner with Cloud and Systems supply chain team to provide necessary finance forecast. Includes building of tooling and KPI dashboards for leadership to track activity β performance, reference, platform utilization. Engage in escalations related to metering, billing, and on-boarding challenges related to MCDB Cloud customers. Coordinate with necessary teams to resolve issues, correct usage, and drive changes needed with existing/new cloud services.
6-7 years Enterprise Software / Cloud customer experience
Understand cloud pricing and ability to build pricing tools that can be leveraged by across global sales teams
Ability to lead customer advisory sessions focused on database cloud with Service owners.
