Job Description

Microsoft is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Director of Accessibility Compliance to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team to ensure our products and services meet or exceed accessibility standards. You will drive the development, implementation, and enforcement of compliance policies and procedures that meet the needs of customers with disabilities.The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in accessibility compliance and seven years of leadership experience. We are looking for someone who is collaborative, creative, and passionate about working with customers with disabilities. You must be able to effectively communicate complex technical concepts with a variety of stakeholders in verbal and written formats. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of accessibility standards, including Section 508, WCAG 2.0 and 2.1, and ADA compliance. You should also have a deep understanding of the legal requirements associated with accessibility compliance. Additionally, you must possess strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
