
Integrated Marketing Manager
Lead integrated campaign and marketing activities including KPI-aligned strategy, creative development, copywriting, brand alignment, project and workstream management. Manage content strategy to ensure compelling and consistent messaging development and usage aligned to core narratives and priority customer journeys. Enable collaboration and integration between with agencies, teammates and cross-company stakeholders. Drive end-to-end project management rhythms including day-to-day contact, workback schedules, status meetings, communications, KPI monitoring and reporting in partnership with channel owners. Deliver midstream and wrap up collective insights, that incorporate cross-team results and environmental factors, to drive optimization and post-activation learnings. Support and model a culture where diverse perspectives are prioritized, and inclusivity is core to how we work and achieve success.
A minimum of 8+ years of related experience working in marketing communications, across a variety of marketing disciplines
Ability to deliver scalable marketing plans from concept to delivery, including an ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
Demonstrated track record of success in integrated marketing and communications, with effective writing samples.
Experience in working at a large global multinational and/or education industry experience a plus
