Job Description

Manage a portfolio of change projects, reporting overall status, barriers and risks to the Total Rewards Business Manager. Assess (e.g., scope, magnitude, leader involvement, risks) the change required for a program or initiative. Develop stakeholder engagement plans to include confirmation of their change role, what they to know and do, and tactics to engage.Identify and assess impacted audiences. Determine change levers (aligned with the Total Rewards + HRBI Change Approach) needed to enable change. Develop comprehensive change management strategies and plans. Develop detailed change management plans, including communications, training and readiness (in partnership with Corporate Communications and Global Learning and Development teams as applicable). Develop and manage detailed implementation plans across multiple change projects. Manage a team of individuals (e.g. Communication partners, external vendors) to create and finalize deliverables according to plan.

Job Qualifications
  • Demonstrated successful leadership experience on large scale transformation / system implementation programs.

  • 8+ years of work experience in change management and communication related roles

  • 4-6 years of change management experience at commensurate scale of Microsoft
