Job Description

At Microsoft, we are looking for a passionate, organized and experienced individual to join our Permitting Strategy team as Principal Program Manager. The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong track record of successfully managing complex projects and teams, as well as a deep understanding of permitting and regulatory processes. We are looking for someone who is able to think strategically and identify opportunities to streamline the permitting process. Above all, we need someone who is able to effectively collaborate and communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders.The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as engineering, planning or law, 7+ years in a project management role and a proven ability to lead and motivate teams. They will also have a thorough understanding of the permitting process and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. We are looking for a creative problem solver with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence. If you have the necessary qualifications and want to join a team of professionals who are passionate about creating a streamlined and efficient permitting process, then this may be the job for you.
