
Senior Program Manager - Spares Supply Chain Process Engineering
We are looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager to join Microsoft’s Spares Supply Chain Process Engineering team. This role requires an individual with strong organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple projects. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record of leading large-scale projects, delivering on time and on budget, and creating innovative solutions.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field, along with at least 10 years of experience in supply chain process engineering or a related field. We are seeking an individual with strong problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. A successful Senior Program Manager will possess the ability to identify and implement process improvement initiatives, develop and manage budgets, and lead teams through successful project delivery.
