- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Partner with senior leadership to understand and anticipate the company's talent needs and help develop effective solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor and coach to managers and employees, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, and other HR-related matters.
- Drive employee engagement and retention by creating a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Develop and execute training programs to support employees' professional development and career growth.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to attract top talent and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Conduct regular reviews and analysis of HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Serve as a champion for diversity and inclusion, promoting a culture of belonging and respect.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HR to continuously improve and innovate the company's HR practices.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Hr Role, Preferably In A Multinational Corporation.
Strong Knowledge Of Hr Policies, Procedures, And Best Practices.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships At All Levels Of The Organization.
Proven Experience In Talent Management, Employee Relations, And Performance Management.
