- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.

- Partner with hiring managers to attract, select, and onboard top talent.
- Develop and implement employee retention initiatives to ensure a high-performing and motivated workforce.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HR to continuously improve company policies and practices.
- Serve as a liaison between employees and management to effectively communicate company updates and changes.
- Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company-wide initiatives and projects.
- Participate in performance evaluation and feedback processes for employees.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In A Global Organization.
Strong Understanding Of Hr Laws And Regulations, As Well As Experience With Hr Practices And Processes.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, Able To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Build Relationships With Stakeholders At All Levels.
Demonstrated Ability To Think Strategically And Implement Hr Initiatives That Align With Business Objectives, As Well As A Strong Track Record Of Driving Change And Delivering Results.
