  1. Develop and implement strategies to promote an inclusive and engaging workplace culture.

  3. Foster positive relationships with employees and act as a trusted advisor for their professional development.
  4. Proactively identify and address any potential employee issues or concerns.

  8. Partner with hiring managers to attract, select, and onboard top talent.
  9. Develop and implement employee retention initiatives to ensure a high-performing and motivated workforce.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HR to continuously improve company policies and practices.
  11. Serve as a liaison between employees and management to effectively communicate company updates and changes.
  12. Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  13. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR data.
  14. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company-wide initiatives and projects.
  15. Participate in performance evaluation and feedback processes for employees.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In A Global Organization.

  • Strong Understanding Of Hr Laws And Regulations, As Well As Experience With Hr Practices And Processes.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, Able To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Build Relationships With Stakeholders At All Levels.

  • Demonstrated Ability To Think Strategically And Implement Hr Initiatives That Align With Business Objectives, As Well As A Strong Track Record Of Driving Change And Delivering Results.
