
Help Desk Analyst
Moffitt Cancer Center is looking for a highly skilled and customer service-oriented Help Desk Analyst to join our team. We are seeking a candidate with excellent problem-solving abilities and an in-depth understanding of technical support, who is passionate about helping others and making a difference in the lives of our patients.To be successful in this role, you must possess a strong aptitude for technology and a commitment to providing top-notch customer service. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a help desk role, a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, and experience with a variety of computer hardware and software applications. Additionally, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively collaborate with other team members.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance to internal and external customers, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Develop and maintain documentation of technical issues and solutions.
- Work closely with team members to identify, analyze, and resolve problems.
- Monitor, maintain, and upgrade computer systems and networks.
- Research and recommend new technologies to effectively meet customer requests.
- Respond to incoming phone calls, emails, and other inquiries.
- Provide training and support to users on computer hardware and software applications.
- Manage user accounts and access rights.
- Maintain inventory of software and hardware.
