
HR Compliance Analyst
Moffitt Cancer Center is looking for an experienced and motivated HR Compliance Analyst to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, guidelines, policies, and procedures related to Human Resources. You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of internal and external regulations and requirements, and recommend proactive solutions to ensure the organization’s compliance.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field and 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources compliance, including knowledge of federal and state labor laws and regulations. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, guidelines, policies, and procedures related to Human Resources.
- Develop and recommend proactive solutions to ensure organization’s compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Monitor and analyze changes in the regulatory environment and ensure that the organization is compliant.
- Develop and implement procedures, processes, and systems related to HR compliance.
- Educate and provide advice to internal stakeholders on HR compliance and best practices.
- Maintain up-to-date records and documentation of compliance activities.
- Lead internal investigations and provide recommendations to resolve any compliance issues.
- Monitor and review external vendors and suppliers for compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Assist in the development of training materials for HR compliance.
- Stay up to date with industry developments and trends.
