
HR Service Center Assistant
At Moffitt Cancer Center, we are looking for an HR Service Center Assistant to join our team. This position will provide a unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our employees by delivering high-level customer service and support. Our ideal candidate will have experience in Human Resources and a passion for creating a positive and productive workplace. The HR Service Center Assistant will be responsible for responding to inquiries from employees and managers, troubleshooting HR-related issues, and providing assistance with on-boarding and other HR processes. The ideal candidate should have a customer-service-minded attitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to think quickly and accurately to provide solutions. In addition, the following qualifications are required: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field • 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in a service-oriented role• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other HR-related software If you are a customer service-oriented professional eager to provide exceptional HR service to our employees, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
