Laboratory Supervisor - Histology

1. Train and mentor histology laboratory personnel.
2. Oversee lab operations and personnel within the histology department.
3. Develop and implement laboratory policies and procedures to ensure efficient and accurate completion of laboratory work.
4. Monitor lab practices to ensure accuracy and compliance with safety regulations.
5. Manage a variety of laboratory tasks in a fast-paced environment.
6. Ensure adherence to laboratory and hospital policies and procedures.
7. Maintain records of laboratory activities, supplies, and personnel.
8. Supervise and evaluate the performance of laboratory personnel.
9. Perform quality control tests and calibration of laboratory equipment.
10. Monitor and assess laboratory staff training and development needs.
