
LMS Administrator
Moffitt Cancer Center is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented LMS Administrator who will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of our learning management system (LMS). The ideal candidate should be highly organized, have excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and have a demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies. If you are a creative and motivated individual with a passion for learning and development, this is the perfect opportunity for you!Required Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, or related field• At least three years of experience working with an LMS• Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web design technologies• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with stakeholders• Knowledge of e-learning design principles and best practices• Familiarity with SCORM and other web-based learning standards
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the LMS, including updates, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Design, develop, and implement e-learning programs utilizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web design technologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure e-learning objectives are met and ensure courses are in compliance with SCORM and other web-based learning standards.
- Develop instructional materials, including presentations, videos, and other learning materials.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of e-learning programs and suggest improvements.
- Utilize data analytics to track usage and success rates of e-learning programs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in e-learning and instructional design.
- Provide technical support to users and troubleshoot any issues with the LMS.
