Manager - Parking & Transportation

The Moffitt Cancer Center is looking for an experienced Manager of Parking & Transportation with a commitment to excellence to join our team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing and directing all parking and transportation operations at the Center. The ideal candidate is a highly organized individual with excellent customer service skills, a desire to provide a safe and secure environment, and the ability to manage multiple projects.We are looking for a Manager with an eye for detail and the ability to think strategically and proactively. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, as well as a minimum of 5 years of experience in a parking and/or transportation management role. In addition, the successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing and implementing innovative processes and procedures. A valid driver's license and experience with budget management and personnel supervision are also required.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and direct all parking and transportation operations at the Center
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure a safe and secure environment
• Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
• Monitor budget and personnel supervision
• Develop and implement innovative processes and procedures
• Create and manage schedules for parking and transportation staff
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of services
• Oversee fare collection and parking enforcement activities
• Maintain records of all payments and transactions
• Manage and resolve customer complaints and inquiries
