PACS IT Administrator

Responsibilities:

1. Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot PACS systems in a healthcare environment.
2. Monitor and manage system performance, security, and integrity.
3. Ensure adherence to best practices and procedures for PACS systems.
4. Provide technical support to end users and other IT staff.
5. Install, upgrade, and configure hardware and software.
6. Test and evaluate new technologies and software.
7. Work with vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues.
8. Develop and maintain documentation for all PACS systems.
9. Analyze and resolve system issues quickly and effectively.
10. Stay up to date on changing industry standards and trends.
