Job Description

Moffitt Cancer Center is looking for an exceptional Patient Relations Representative to join our team and provide excellent customer service and support to our patients. As a Patient Relations Representative at Moffitt Cancer Center, you will be responsible for helping ensure our patients have a positive experience from the time they enter our facility until the time they leave. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations. You should also have a strong background in customer service and be comfortable dealing with people of all backgrounds and cultures. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide excellent customer service to patients in a compassionate and understanding manner.
  2. Maintain a high level of professionalism and remain calm in stressful situations.
  3. Ensure a positive experience for patients from the time they enter until the time they leave the facility.
  4. Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Deal effectively with patients of all backgrounds and cultures.
  6. Handle patient inquiries and complaints with empathy and respect.
  7. Provide accurate information regarding services offered by Moffitt Cancer Center.
  8. Support other team members as needed and contribute to a positive working environment.
  9. Maintain patient confidentiality according to HIPAA regulations.
  10. Follow established protocols and procedures for patient relations.
