Physical Therapist

Moffitt Cancer Center is looking for a passionate, experienced Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing physical therapy treatments for our patients, as well as creating and implementing comprehensive plans of care. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years experience in physical therapy, a Bachelor's degree in physical therapy or a related field, and a valid physical therapy license. Additionally, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities:

1. Provide physical therapy treatments to patients according to individualized plans of care.
2. Create comprehensive plans of care for patients.
3. Monitor progress of patients and adjust plans of care as needed.
4. Coordinate referrals and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
5. Ensure that all physical therapy treatments are in compliance with state and federal regulations.
6. Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans.
7. Educate patients and families on physical therapy treatments and exercises.
8. Utilize various physical therapy techniques and modalities to promote mobility and reduce pain.
9. Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
10. Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
