MoneyGram International is seeking an experienced and motivated Foreign Exchange Specialist to join our team. Our ideal candidate must have a strong background in the financial services industry, with a particular focus on foreign exchange. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who can handle the pressures of the role, while providing excellent customer service and representing MoneyGram International in a professional manner.The Foreign Exchange Specialist will be responsible for providing financial and customer service support to our customers in regards to foreign currency exchange transactions. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: handling customer inquiries, providing accurate foreign exchange rate quotes, and processing customer transactions.The ideal candidate must have a minimum of two years' experience in a foreign exchange role and a comprehensive understanding of international exchange rates and foreign currency regulations. A Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field is desirable, but not essential. Excellent customer service and communication skills are a must, as well as strong knowledge of the foreign exchange markets and financial systems. The ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment is essential. Fluency in a second language is a plus.
