Head of Product - New Fintech

1. Develop and implement the overall product strategy for MoneyGram's Fintech division, in line with the company's mission and goals.
2. Lead a team of product managers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the development and launch of new financial products.
3. Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify new product opportunities and enhancements.
4. Work closely with stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to gather feedback and insights and incorporate them into product development plans.
5. Define product roadmaps, prioritize features and functionalities, and set timelines for product releases.
6. Ensure that all products meet regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
7. Monitor product performance and usage data to identify areas for improvement and optimize overall product performance.
8. Develop and manage budgets for product development and launch, and track expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
9. Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in the fintech industry and utilize them to enhance product offerings.
10. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop effective product positioning and messaging for new and existing products.
11. Provide leadership and mentorship to the product team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
12. Stay updated on customer needs and feedback, and work towards continuously improving customer satisfaction and retention.
13. Represent MoneyGram's Fintech division at industry events and conferences, and build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
14. Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on product development, performance, and future plans.
15. Ensure all products are launched on time, within budget, and meet the desired quality standards.
