IBM ODM Developer

We are looking for a self-motivated individual with strong technical and communication skills who can work effectively with other teams.The successful candidate will have a strong background in IBM ODM/ILOG, including experience in rule design, rule execution, rule deployment, and troubleshooting performance related issues. They should have a good understanding of web services and have a working knowledge of web servers and underlying technology. They should be able to integrate IBM ODM with other parts of the technology stack and have a good eye for quality and detail. Experience working in an Agile environment and an understanding of business rules and decision making processes is essential.We are looking for someone who can work independently and can think strategically, as well as someone who is creative and can come up with innovative solutions.
