
Asset Management Analyst - Real Assets
Morgan Stanley is currently seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Asset Management Analyst - Real Assets to join our dynamic team. This individual will be responsible for providing support to the Real Asset Investment team, including conducting due diligence, financial analysis, and market research. To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate must possess strong financial modeling skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.The Asset Management Analyst - Real Assets will be required to develop and maintain financial models and conduct market research and analysis on investment opportunities. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing and managing the financial reporting and analysis process of investments, and for providing support to the Real Asset Investment team in the form of market research and analysis. This position requires a highly organized individual with the ability to multitask and prioritize workloads.We are seeking an individual who is self-motivated and able to work autonomously, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. The successful candidate will possess an understanding of the financial markets, a thorough knowledge of financial modeling and a keen eye for detail. Additionally, the ideal candidate must be capable of working in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct due diligence, financial analysis, and market research to support Real Asset Investment team.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support investments.
- Manage and analyze financial reporting and analysis processes of investments.
- Provide support to the Real Asset Investment team with market research and analysis.
- Maintain and organize workload priorities and multitask.
- Possess understanding of financial markets and knowledge of financial modeling.
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Bachelor's Degree In Finance
