Job Description

As the Branch Administrator at Morgan Stanley, you will be a key member of our team, responsible for executing administrative support activities and ensuring the smooth functioning of our branch operations. You will bring a combination of organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills to this role that will enable you to coordinate with different departments to ensure business objectives are met. You will need to be detail-oriented, proactive, and possess the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience. Additionally, you should have at least 3 years of prior administrative experience in a financial institution. You should demonstrate a strong understanding of financial services, financial products, and regulatory compliance. Above all, you should have a friendly, professional, and service-oriented attitude. Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate with different departments to ensure business objectives are met.
  2. Execute administrative support activities that enable the smooth functioning of branch operations.
  3. Provide customer service to clients.

  5. Handle financial matters such as transaction processing, customer inquiries, and account maintenance.
  6. Monitor and maintain accurate records, keeping up-to-date with compliance regulations.
  7. Provide assistance to the branch manager and other staff as needed.
  8. Ensure the accuracy of the financial information.
  9. Resolve client issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  10. Prepare and distribute reports and other documents.
