
Compensation Analyst (Rewards)
Morgan Stanley is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Rewards team as a Compensation Analyst (Rewards). This role requires a deep understanding of compensation and rewards practices as well as strong analytical capabilities. As a Compensation Analyst (Rewards), you will develop, deliver, and evaluate programs and practices that ensure our employees are rewarded for their contributions to the company’s success.The successful candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, as well as a minimum of two years of experience in compensation and rewards. You must also be an experienced data analyst with the ability to interpret results and recommend changes. Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential for this role. Responsibilities:
- Develop, deliver, and evaluate reward programs and practices that recognize and incentivize employee performance.
- Conduct data analysis to interpret results and recommend changes to existing compensation and reward programs.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices in compensation and rewards in order to keep Morgan Stanley’s programs competitive.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in order to ensure effective communication of compensation and reward initiatives.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers who have questions or concerns about compensation and reward programs.
- Create and maintain accurate records of employee rewards and compensation.
- Monitor compliance with policies and procedures related to compensation and reward programs.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective implementation of compensation and reward initiatives.
- Stay current with changes in legislation and regulations related to compensation and reward programs.
