
Corporate Treasury, Associate
At Morgan Stanley, our Corporate Treasury team is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and exceptional communication abilities. This role offers a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and be part of a team that is responsible for ensuring that Morgan Stanley’s financial objectives are met.The Associate will be required to provide support to the Corporate Treasury team in all areas, including cash management, risk management, liquidity planning, capital planning, and debt & capital markets. They will be responsible for conducting financial analysis, developing and maintaining financial models, and creating presentations for senior management.The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, and have a minimum of two years of relevant experience. Additionally, an understanding of Treasury fundamentals, experience with financial and accounting software, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are all essential qualifications for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Perform financial analysis and develop financial models.
- Create presentations for senior management.
- Monitor cash management, risk management, liquidity planning, capital planning, and debt & capital markets.
- Review and analyze financial data and make recommendations.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
- Prepare reports and presentations for corporate treasury team.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial objectives are met.
- Utilize financial and accounting software for data analysis.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial data.
- Stay up-to-date on financial regulations and industry trends.
