In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our derivatives clearing operations, supporting our clients and trading desks in managing their risk exposure.   1. Manage derivatives clearing operations for clients and trading desks
  2. Ensure timely and accurate processing of derivatives trades and settlements
  3. Monitor and reconcile trade data to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any trade discrepancies or issues
  5. Provide exceptional customer service to clients by promptly addressing any inquiries or concerns
  6. Conduct regular risk assessments and implement risk management strategies to minimize exposure
  7. Stay updated on industry regulations and changes in the derivatives market
  8. Maintain detailed records and documentation of all clearing operations activities
  9. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  10. Work closely with the technology team to test and implement new systems and enhancements
  11. Train and mentor new team members on clearing operations processes and procedures
  12. Collaborate with other departments, such as compliance and legal, to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
  13. Participate in special projects and initiatives related to derivatives clearing operations as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Derivatives Clearing Operations At A Financial Institution.

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Markets And Derivatives Products.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Regulations And Compliance Procedures.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
