- Manage derivatives clearing operations for clients and trading desks
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of derivatives trades and settlements
- Monitor and reconcile trade data to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any trade discrepancies or issues
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients by promptly addressing any inquiries or concerns
- Conduct regular risk assessments and implement risk management strategies to minimize exposure
- Stay updated on industry regulations and changes in the derivatives market
- Maintain detailed records and documentation of all clearing operations activities
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Work closely with the technology team to test and implement new systems and enhancements
- Train and mentor new team members on clearing operations processes and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments, such as compliance and legal, to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
- Participate in special projects and initiatives related to derivatives clearing operations as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Derivatives Clearing Operations At A Financial Institution.
Strong Understanding Of Financial Markets And Derivatives Products.
Knowledge Of Industry Regulations And Compliance Procedures.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
