  1. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors and their impact on business decisions.
  2. Conduct thorough research and analysis of ESG data and metrics to identify key trends and insights.
  3. Collaborate with various teams within the organization to incorporate ESG considerations into business strategies and decision-making processes.
  4. Generate accurate and comprehensive ESG reports, presentations, and other materials to communicate the company's sustainability efforts to stakeholders.
  5. Monitor and track industry developments and best practices in ESG reporting to ensure the company's approach is aligned with global standards.
  6. Build relationships with external partners, such as ESG rating agencies and industry associations, to stay informed on emerging ESG issues and incorporate their feedback into the company's practices.
  7. Conduct regular audits and reviews of ESG data to ensure accuracy and compliance with reporting standards.
  8. Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels to promote a culture of sustainability and responsible corporate citizenship.
  9. Provide training and support to internal teams on ESG reporting processes and requirements.
  10. Collaborate with the company's marketing and communications teams to develop messaging and materials that effectively communicate the company's commitment to sustainable investing and responsible corporate practices.
  11. Stay up-to-date on relevant regulatory and legislative developments related to ESG reporting and advise the company on potential impacts and opportunities.
  12. Uphold the company's values and ethical standards in all aspects of work, including ESG reporting and decision-making.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Sustainability, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Esg Reporting, Preferably In The Financial Industry

  • Strong Understanding Of Sustainability And Responsible Investing Principles

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis And Reporting, With Advanced Excel Skills

  • Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Frameworks For Esg Reporting, Such As Sasb, Gri, And Tcfd
