Generative AI (GAI) - QA Lead

The ideal candidate must have a keen eye for detail, be organized and have a commitment to excellence.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance and/or Software Development, as well as experience in automation testing and test scripting. Knowledge of the GAI platform is a plus. Responsibilities:

• Lead the Quality Assurance (QA) team in testing the Generative AI (GAI) platform • Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure the platform meets the highest standards of quality • Develop and maintain automation testing scripts and test cases • Analyze and report on testing results to ensure accuracy and consistency • Monitor and troubleshoot issues to prevent delays in the development process • Maintain documentation of all QA activities • Stay up to date on the latest trends and best practices in Quality Assurance • Provide guidance and support to other team members in QA processes
