Investment Management Legal Counsel

Morgan Stanley is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Investment Management Legal Counsel to join our talented and diverse legal team. As part of the Investment Management Department, you will be a key member of the team, providing legal advice and counsel on a wide variety of matters. In this role, you will be responsible for providing legal advice on a variety of corporate, regulatory, and tax matters for the Investment Management Department.To be successful in this position, you must have a J.D. from an accredited law school and be admitted to practice law in at least one jurisdiction. Additionally, you must have at least 4-6 years of legal experience in the Investment Management space. You should also possess strong analytical and communication skills, be a self-starter, and have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.We are looking for someone who is an intuitive and creative thinker and can provide innovative solutions to complex legal matters.
