Job Description

Morgan Stanley is looking for an enthusiastic and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Marketing Operations Associate. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in marketing operations, a keen eye for detail, and an innovative approach to problem-solving. This role is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and successful financial services firm and take ownership of our marketing operations processes.To be successful in this position, you should have a minimum of two years’ experience in marketing operations, preferably in a large corporate setting. You should be comfortable with the entire range of marketing operations functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and analytics. You should also be well-versed in digital marketing and social media marketing. You will need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently and with a team. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and manage marketing operations processes and procedures.
  2. Monitor and analyze marketing budgets, forecasting, and analytics.
  3. Manage digital and social media marketing campaigns.
  4. Develop and implement effective strategies for marketing operations.
  5. Evaluate marketing performance and recommend improvements.
  6. Monitor and analyze customer feedback and provide insights.
  7. Prepare reports and presentations on marketing operations activities.
  8. Maintain a comprehensive database of marketing operations data.
  9. Work closely with other departments to ensure the success of marketing operations.
  10. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure marketing operations objectives are met.
