- Assist financial advisors in managing and growing client relationships by maintaining accurate client records and tracking client interactions.
- Communicate effectively with clients, financial advisors, and other team members to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Conduct market research and analysis to support financial advisors in making informed investment recommendations.
- Prepare and process client account paperwork, including new account applications, transfers, and withdrawals.
- Monitor client account activity and transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and escalate complex matters to the appropriate parties.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to effectively support clients and financial advisors.
- Assist with event planning and coordination to cultivate and strengthen client relationships.
- Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive client information at all times.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and suggest process enhancements to enhance overall client service.
- Complete other administrative tasks and projects as assigned by management.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business, Or A Related Field.
Strong Knowledge Of Investment Products, Financial Markets, And Industry Regulations.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Customer Relationship Management (Crm) Software.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Client Service Or Financial Services Role.
