Job Description

Create and write new equity compensation knowledge articles and executive summaries for each product enhancement and monthly maintenance rolls. Manage the content strategy for training, marketing, industry events and client related messaging on the ETCS Client Resource Center. Create and manage client facing interstitial messages on EEO platform. Initiate and complete review processes with business leads, compliance and legal for all documentation. Partner with marketing on new product enhancements and assist with the tone and messaging for new product releases. Own weekly and monthly status meeting with subject matter experts and business owners to ensure knowledge articles and content is current, accurate and effective. Create internal product briefs for use by marketing and other business stakeholders and schedule recurring meetings to educate those stakeholders on new enhancements.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1-3 years related experience in content management, product marketing, and/or product communications.

  • Demonstrate success of driving the strategy for multiple communication efforts at one time

  • Possess strong organizational and analytical skills; experience in website content development and management is preferred
