This position requires an individual with a passion for problem-solving, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate for this role possesses a strong background in payroll systems technology and the ability to stay up to date with emerging trends in the field. The Technology Lead will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing payroll systems solutions. The successful candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and a minimum of three years of experience in a payroll systems role. Additionally, the Technology Lead should have experience with database and software development, application programming, and automation. Responsibilities:

  1. Design, develop, test, and implement payroll systems solutions.
  2. Stay up to date with emerging trends in the payroll systems technology field.
  3. Develop and maintain a database and software development, application programming, and automation.
  4. Work with senior members of the team to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  5. Monitor and analyze system performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  6. Manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues as they arise.
  8. Prepare documentation and user manuals for system operations.
  9. Train staff on system processes and procedures.
  10. Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations.
