US Banks Legal Entity Controller VP

We are hiring an accomplished and highly motivated Legal Entity Controller VP to join Morgan Stanley's US Banks team. Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the preparation of financial and regulatory reports in accordance with US GAAP and other applicable regulations.
2. Develop and maintain internal controls and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
3. Analyze corporate financial data and provide insights and recommendations to management.
4. Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities.
5. Provide strategic and operational guidance to the US Banks team.
6. Identify and implement process improvements.
7. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
8. Develop and maintain relationships with third parties and other stakeholders.
9. Monitor and manage budgets and other financial resources.
10. Perform financial analysis and prepare forecasts.
