Prototype Technician
- Machines and fabricates prototype parts from blueprints using lathes, mills, grinder, etc.
- Assembles parts into prototypes and assists in troubleshooting these products during development and testing.
- Supports manufacturing team through production
- Assists Engineering with design and development of new parts and products.
- Develops a close working relationship with development team and manufacturing plants.
Minimum of 7 years mechanical or machining background
Experience with hand tools, machining and precision sheet metal fabrication
Journeyman Tool & Die Maker, Machinist or Special Machine Builder license is preferred
