- Develop and test new product formulations and recipes that align with Naked Juice's commitment to using fresh, nutritious ingredients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, production, and supply chain to ensure successful product launches.
- Manage and maintain research and development budgets and timelines.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor products to inform product innovation.
- Conduct sensory evaluations and consumer testing to gather feedback on new product ideas.
- Analyze data and results from research and testing to make data-driven decisions.
- Ensure all products meet regulatory and safety standards.
- Continuously improve and optimize product formulations based on consumer feedback and market demands.
- Communicate and present research findings and product developments to internal and external stakeholders.
- Mentor and train junior team members on food science and nutrition principles.
- Represent Naked Juice at industry events and conferences to showcase our product innovation.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Food Science, Nutrition, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Product Development Or Research In Food And Beverage Industry.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Food Safety Regulations And Guidelines.
Ability To Develop And Execute Experimental Plans, Analyze Data, And Present Findings.
Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And External Partners.
