Intern, Analyst, Sales & Trading

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our National Bank of Canada team as an Intern, Analyst, Sales & Trading. The ideal candidate should possess excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field, as well as prior experience in sales & trading, financial analysis, and/or investment banking. Responsibilities:

1. Develop financial models to analyze markets and recommend trading strategies.

3. Participate in the execution of trades to maximize profits and minimize risks.
4. Monitor and analyze the performance of investments and the financial markets.
5. Provide reports and updates to the team on a regular basis.
6. Work collaboratively with other departments and teams to develop financial strategies.
7. Develop new business opportunities through client relationships and networking.
8. Maintain and update customer databases.
9. Track and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures.
10. Assist with the preparation of presentations and financial documents.
