eCommerce Product Owner

Drives the vision and strategy of the ni.com Shop & Product Experience and creates 12+ month roadmaps to achieve a given set of goals and outcomes. Accountable to KPIs against outcomes, including online orders revenue & organic search traffic. Responsible for communicating lessons learned, and supporting a culture of learning. Prioritizes and owns the product team’s backlog. Articulates feature requirements and acceptance criteria to the development team in terms of user objectives, user personas, and scenarios Understands and evangelizes product, individual, and team success. Evaluates product usability and responds to user feedback both by altering the backlog priorities and by verbal or written communication with the end users. Uses quantitative data (i.e. website & business analytics, user surveys, etc.) to inform feature prioritization and design decisions. Proactive collaborator with other leaders to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency with regards to product or platform concepts.
