
Hardware Engineer Intern
Work alongside full-time engineers in the development of specific hardware and software products. Gain experience in schematic design, board layout, and the interfaces between computer hardware and measurement electronics Learn professional techniques and practices for design, simulation, assembly, and test. Perform research as required to complete your projects Work and interact with a wide variety of NI staff in R&D hardware and software organizations. Diagnose and debug technical challenges with your project Test your design using a hardware prototype. Develop software for testing your project. Implement and test analog design using CAD and synthesis software tools. Lead the efforts to develop documentation for the product.
Pursuing B.S. or M.S. in electrical engineering, computer engineering, mechatronics, engineering physics, or physics
Solid understanding of electronics, circuit design, and measurement test equipment
