
Work Authorization Coordinator
The Work Authorization Coordinator is responsible for coordinating assignment of the Work Authorization Technicians to customer ships. Reviewing Work Authorization Form (WAF) status progress report and direct resolution of conflicting report information. Provide customer service interface between RA and customer ship. Review new WAFs for accuracy and completeness. Review contract work specifications, US Navy drawings and Standard Items associated with submitted WAFs. Track WAF authorization and WAF closing process Develop tag outs and isolation in the ESOMS Program Monitor the Work Control process; initiate WAF revision and Tag-Out revision as required. Write WAF status and progress reports as required by the Project Team.
