
Benefits Manager
Responsible for day-to-day benefit administration including health, dental, vision, FSA, HSA, life insurance, long-term disability, COBRA, 403(b) retirement as well as ancillary plans. Manages the Leave of Absence process. Assists with the direction of the Interactive Leave Process and Procedures. Provides education, communication and training on benefits plans and programs to functional leaders and team members. Responsible for maintenance of the benefit administration system and PAF generation and tracking as required. Oversees the annual compliance requirements for the 403(b) retirement plan, including fee disclosure and Safe Harbor Notice dissemination.
Minimum 6 years professional level benefits experience
At least one year of supervisory experience
Experience in Non-Profit and/or Higher Education preferred
