Claims Adjuster

This position requires excellent communication and negotiation skills as well as strong problem-solving abilities. The successful candidate must be able to work independently and have the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a claims-related role and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Additionally, experience working with an insurance company is preferred. Responsibilities of the Claims Adjuster:

1. Process customer claims in a timely and accurate manner.
2. Establish relationships with customers and respond to customer inquiries.
3. Negotiate settlements on complex cases.
4. Analyze customer needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
5. Utilize claims management software and other systems to record and manage claims.
6. Maintain records and provide reports as needed.
7. Monitor and review claim files to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
8. Investigate and resolve disputes with customers and other parties.
9. Provide training and guidance to other staff members on claims-related matters.
10. Remain up-to-date on changes in industry regulations, policies, and procedures.
