Responsibilities of the Compliance Officer:

1. Monitor and analyze data and reports for compliance with state and federal laws and regulations in the insurance industry.
2. Identify risks and potential areas of non-compliance and recommend appropriate corrective action.
3. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
4. Provide guidance and support on compliance-related issues to internal stakeholders.
5. Respond to inquiries from customers, regulators and other stakeholders.

8. Liaise with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
9. Research and evaluate best practices for compliance management.
10. Perform periodic compliance audits and recommend improvements.
