  5. Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently.
  6. Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  7. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  8. Monitor customer feedback and update customer service processes accordingly.
  9. Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  10. Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings.
