We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who is an excellent communicator with strong problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will also have a passion for helping customers and a commitment to upholding the values of Nationwide Mutual Insurance.The successful candidate should have: • At least two years of customer service experience • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • The ability to remain calm and professional in difficult customer service situations • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team • A strong attention to detail • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment If you are service-oriented, have a passion for helping customers, and possess the required qualifications, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative: • Provide exceptional customer service to all policyholders • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries • Handle customer complaints and provide solutions to resolve difficult customer service situations • Utilize problem-solving skills to identify solutions to customer issues • Maintain accurate customer records and document customer interactions • Provide accurate information about products and services • Remain up to date with industry trends and changes • Follow established policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction • Collaborate with other departments and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction • Demonstrate a commitment to upholding the values of Nationwide Mutual Insurance.
